Pricing
One price a month.
Never per post.
7 days free, with your real account and your real team. We do not ask for a card to start it, so there is nothing on file to charge if you decide against us.
These are two prices, not one converted into the other. There is no exchange rate anywhere in this product: the naira figure is a round naira number, set so the price you read this morning is the price you are charged tonight, and it does not move when the rate does.

On every plan
The safety is the product, not the upgrade.
Plans differ in how many accounts, how many people and how many minutes of video. They do not differ in whether any of this is switched on.
No password to hand over
Nobody on your team ever holds the account. You authorise once on Instagram’s own screen and what comes back is a limited key, not a login.
OAuth 2.0 · no credential stored
The key is sealed before it is stored
Encrypted the moment it arrives, so a copy of the database on its own is worth nothing.
AES-256-GCM
A record nobody can quietly edit
Who uploaded, who changed the caption, who approved, when it went live — each entry locked to the one before it.
SHA-256 hash chain
Roles the server enforces
A creator cannot publish. Not discouraged — unable, checked on every request rather than hidden in the interface.
Five roles · checked per request
The long version, including the permission table generated from the rules the server actually enforces, is on the homepage.
The trial
7 days, no card, and a clear edge.
A trial that quietly turns into a charge is how most people get caught. This one cannot: there is nothing to charge it to.
Nothing to pay with
Signing up asks four things: your name, your business name, your email and a password. No card, no billing details. There is nothing on file for us to charge, which is also why nothing can be charged by mistake.
Day 7: it ends by itself
The trial simply stops. No subscription starts, no invoice appears, and nobody has to remember to cancel to avoid being billed.
Day 8, if you have not chosen a plan
The writes stop: creating a post, uploading, submitting, approving, scheduling, publishing, inviting and connecting. Reading does not. Signing in, every post and caption, your media and the whole activity record all keep working. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan later picks up exactly where you left off.
Choosing a plan happens inside the product, on the billing screen. It hands you to your payment provider’s own page — you type your card there, on their address, and it never passes through us.
Before you decide
The questions that actually stop a purchase.
Answered here, in full, rather than in the email you would otherwise have to send and wait on.
If I stop paying, what happens to my posts?
Nothing is deleted. Writes stop — nobody can start a post, upload, submit, approve, schedule, publish, invite anyone or connect an account. Reading is untouched: you sign in as normal, every post and caption is still there, your media still opens, and the activity record still reads end to end. That is deliberate and it is built into the gate itself, because locking a business out of its own content the moment a card bounces turns a billing hiccup into a dispute. Content and media are deleted only when you close the account, and then within 30 days.
Can I get my media out?
Yes, and without asking us. Everything you uploaded sits in the library and on its post, served through signed links you can open and save — the same links the product uses to show you your own files. That route does not sit behind the payment gate, on purpose, so a lapsed workspace can still take its files. What does not exist yet is a single “export everything” button: for a complete copy — your profile, your posts and captions, and the activity entries naming you — write to privacy@mypoststation.com and it comes within 30 days.
Who can see my content?
Inside your workspace: the people you invited, and only as much as their role allows — a creator sees their own drafts, not a colleague’s. Outside it: nobody. Media is never on a public address, only on links that expire. Our own support console shows a post’s title and whether it went out, and deliberately never the caption and never the media, so a support question does not put your unpublished work on our screen. We do not sell data, and the only other parties involved are the ones needed to run it — our cloud host, the payment provider, and the platform you chose to publish to.
What happens when a staff member leaves?
You remove their seat and they are locked out on their next click. The check runs on the server on every single request, so there is no session to wait out and no password to change — there was never one to share. The connected account belongs to the workspace, not to them, so nothing goes out of the door with the person. Their work stays, and so does their name on it: a record has to be able to answer “who approved this?” about somebody who has already gone.
Which currency am I actually charged in?
The switch at the top changes what this page quotes you; it does not decide your bill. Naira is taken by Paystack and dollars by Stripe, and which applies is set by the country on your workspace. Signing up does not ask for a country and assumes Nigeria — so if you need to be billed in dollars, say so at support@mypoststation.com and we will set the workspace up that way. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is time to get it right.
Can I change plan, or cancel?
Both from the billing screen, and neither needs us. Changing plan is a button. Cancelling opens your payment provider’s own page — whichever one holds the subscription — because that is where a subscription actually lives, and because a cancellation you have to email for is not a cancellation. There is no annual term to serve out.
Anything else, including how to have your data deleted, is on the support page — with the address of the person who answers it.
Take your password out of circulation.
Connect an account, invite your team, and put the first post through the gate today. If it turns out not to be for you, do nothing — it ends on its own.
