Deletion status
Every deletion we complete gets a confirmation code. Enter it here and this page will tell you what was asked for, what was deleted, and what was kept.
You do not need an account to read this, and you will not be asked to sign in — if you deleted your account, not being able to sign in is the thing you asked for. A code works for 180 days.
If you have not asked us yet
- Delete your account yourself in the mobile app, under Settings → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and gives you a confirmation code for this page.
- Write to us at privacy@mypoststation.com from the address on the account, and we will confirm what was done.
- Disconnect a social accountin Connected accounts, which deletes the key we hold for it. You can also remove MyPostStation from Instagram’s own settings, under Apps and websites: that withdraws the authorisation at Meta’s end, and Meta tells us, so the key here is erased too. Asking Meta to delete your data goes further and reaches this page with a code of its own.
